    We, Xi’an ShuangZheng Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd (or XSET for short), are a specialized electric power construction company with outstanding management expertise and abundant resources and strength in power project construction.

    Xi’an ShuangZheng Electrical Techonlogy Co.,Ltd have Grade-I qualification for “General Contracting of Electric Power Project Construction” and “General Contracting of Architecture and Building Construction ” , “First-Class Qualification of Commissioning” “First-Class Qualification of Construction Supervision”, and particularly, since 2007, we have been granted the “Qualification Certificate for Overseas Project Contracting and Construction” by Ministry of Commerce. P.R.China.

    Currently, the enterprise is capable of undertaking and constructing 6-8 Nos. of large or middle-sized power plants, 150-200M power transmission and transformation projects including their matching substations, 200,000 square meters industrial and civil architecture construction at the same time. The coverage of our major business scope ranges general construction contracting, package contracting, commissioning, management, and consulting service for power projects of various types.

    Over the past 5years, we have contracted over 30 projects in almost 10 provinces and cities both in China and abroad, the first 110KV power transmission route and substations. With such, the company has acquired plenty advanced technological know-how and management experience. While our market share keeps expanding and business continues to enlarge, as well as  “High-Quality Power Project” granted by Ministry of Power for Phases-II,III of Shaanxi Weihe Power Plant (4×100MW), Shaanxi Baoji No.2 Power Plant (4×150MW); Shaanxi Huxian No.2 Power Plant (2×100MW).

    Moreover, the company has been actively seeking cooperation opportunities with both domestic and foreign partners in an effort to explore overseas power markets. In recent years, we have successful cooperation with the renowned utility enterprises / corporations like SEC , DEC, CMEC, China Chengda Group and etc. and have satisfactorily executed the engineering construction, project management, technical services, project supervision and commissioning for those projects.
